How to grind out a longer sex session

Last Longer SexThere are three, four, five, seven and even ten step methods to controlling premature ejaculation. Everyone has a pet theory or a technique. Here is a refreshingly simple two step technique reputed to hold off the unstoppable urge while love making.

It’s a common occurrence that during sex, most men begin to reach orgasm at around the 2 to 3 minute mark – which is typically midway through the first sexual position – (unless of course it’s one of our previously discussed Last longer positions, see below!)

However, let’s assume for purposes of this discussion that you are having problems even in maintaining such positions as girl on top or missionary. That feeling of oncoming ejaculation is the first point at which you should use this technique.

The first step takes place in your mind – the root so to speak of many a male’s sexual performance problems

1. Panic can often set in when you first feel the telltale sensations in your penis (the heightened sensitivity and energy that let you know that if you carry on doing what you’re doing you’ll soon explode.) This pushes many men over the edge, right to ejaculation, because they mentally begin to panic. Instead, this is the time to calmly say to yourself: “Okay, I’m close to ejaculating. 2. The most sensitive part of your penis is the top of the shaft and especially the head.
